Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nova Aesthetic Clinic! These terms outline our mutual responsibilities when you use our services or website. Please read them carefully—they're designed to protect both you (our valued patient) and our team while ensuring a smooth, professional experience for all.

1. Appointments: Respect for Time

We value punctuality and mutual respect for everyone's schedule. To maintain efficiency and fairness

Booking: All appointments are considered confirmed only after full payment or a verbal/written agreement is secured. For high-demand treatments (e.g., laser procedures, PRP therapy), we require 100% advance payment to reserve your slot.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 45 minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other patients' appointments. Late arrivals will still incur the full service charge.

Cancellation Policy: 4-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (within 4 hours of the appointment): 25% of the service fee will be charged.

Exceptions: Documented medical emergencies (e.g., hospital admission) may qualify for a waiver—please notify us immediately.

Why?

This policy ensures we can offer canceled slots to other patients on our waitlist and fairly compensate our staff for their reserved time.

2. Services & Realistic Expectations

Mandatory Consultations: Even for repeat treatments, a consultation is required to assess any changes in your skin/hair condition and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.

No Guaranteed Results: Aesthetic outcomes depend on individual factors such as genetics, aftercare adherence, and lifestyle. While we strive for excellence, results may vary.

Medical Discretion: Our doctors reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if they deem them unsafe for your health (e.g., active infections, allergies, or unrealistic expectations).

3. Payments & Financial Clarity

Transparent Pricing: All costs, including potential add-ons (e.g., post-treatment care), are discussed upfront—no hidden fees.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, cash (up to ₹2,000), and EMI options (via approved providers).

No Refunds: Once a service is rendered, fees are non-refundable. Deposits for late cancellations/no-shows are also forfeited.

Treatment Packages:
Non-transferable and non-refundable.
Valid for 12 months (unless otherwise specified). Unused sessions expire after the validity period.

4. Privacy: Your Data is Sacred

Confidentiality: Your medical history, photos, and contact details are stored in a secure, encrypted system compliant with data protection laws.

Data Usage: Information is used solely for your treatment plans and clinic communications (e.g., appointment reminders). We do not spam or share your data for marketing without your consent.

Third Parties: Data is shared only when legally required (e.g., insurance claims) or with your explicit permission.
